This is the first stop on Mom’s Smarter New Year Resolution Tour! Our tour topic is Smarter Podcasting.  My guest this week is Carrie Lauth of Natural Moms Talk Radio.

Carrie and I chat about what has caused some mom podcasters to ‘pod-fade’ and give up on their shows.  We also share some of the reasons that we have never given up on our programs.  Carrie especially mentions some major benefits she has realized from her role as a podcaster.

Podcasting IS a crucial tool for anyone who wants to be seen as an expert in their field.  It was a few years ago and it still is today.  It requires direction and commitment to make it work but I’m here to tell you it IS worth it.

I created a Podcasting course (Shoestring Radio) that has been retired – but you can get your hand on it if you’re a Mom Masterminds member. I’ve also written a great basic guide to Podcasting for Alice Seba’s Sweetie Saturday Report Club.

I’ve just got to share how honored I am to facilitate these wishes!

Listen in to hear how Nancy decides to proceed with her dreams :)

Today’s Topic: Can You Take Big Enough Action For Your Big Dreams?

I have big dreams for my business.  Some have come to fruition.  Some have flopped.  Some are still dreams – yet shapeless hopes that call to me from the future.

As an internet based business coach I get to talk to a lot of moms with dreams.  I feel my role as a coach carried heavy responsibility to both encourage my clients to reach for their dreams and to help them understand the reality of their ideas.

On today’s show I’m talking about big business dreams and how we can begin to give them shape and decide if it’s a dream we really want to pursue or not.
