Returns sent transportation collect will not be accepted. Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days of shipment. All returns are subject to restocking charge of 20%. Due to the oversize and heavyweight nature of some products, shipping expenses from the warehouse to the customer's shipping address is not reimbursed in a return.
