They're Back!

If you are a regular visitor, you will recall that earlier this year we brought you a couple of stories about the 'Petals' from the Pink Floyd mirror balls being auctioned on eBay. The previous auctions saw 3 petals snapped up, (bad pun!) and now there are 2 more to be had. Here's how our friend Paula Webb, who is arranging the auctions, describes these unusual items. Pink Floyd Vinyl ROIO Guide

This site does not, and will not condone the trading or downloading of any Pink Floyd official material that is copyright. Basically, that's stealing from the band, an activity that is not only illegal, but we feel that it's also immoral. That being said, old recordings of live shows exist out there, and that can't be denied :~] Somebody saw a need to put together a guide of all the Vinyl live shows that exist, and if you are a vinyl collector, it might well pay you to visit.

'Hey You' featured in new movie.

On 26 Sept Roger Waters attended a post-New York Film Festival screening party for the upcoming "The Squid and the Whale," which opens Oct. 5, and features 'Hey You' prominently in the film. At the party, Roger was asked about Pink Floyd performing together again, and replied "If there's another charity, or a reason to bring us together, I could see it happening,. Otherwise, no. And we've had lots of offers. But we're just not going to do the $250 million tour.
